Russ is going to be amazing to watch this year. Missed a triple double by 1 assist on Wednesday then drops a 51-point triple double tonight while taking 44 shots.

So through 19 games, Westbrook is averaging 30.9 points, 11.3 assists and 10.3 rebounds. I still don't think he's actually going to average a triple double for the season but I no longer think it's crazy to believe he could actually do it.

Marc Gasol took 66 3-pointers the first 8 years he was in the league. He's taken 87 this year (shooting 43.7% also). He's going to make more 3s this year than he took his first 8 years.

I can't see him staying healthy enough to get it with how he plays/what it will take for him to get there but yeah it sure is fun to watch right now while he's still going for it every night.

That many assists on a good but not great team and rebounds as a pg even though he's obviously good at it and health make it tough but he's in the perfect situation to do it. It'd be even better if he can do it with a playoff run.

The Kings have an option where you can upgrade your seats to the lower bowl through their app in the two hours leading up to the game. The tickets are heavily discounted. So I upgraded to fourth row from the floor for tonight's Thunder game and holy horsefeathers was it worth it (my original $44 and the upgrade was $94, and the seats I upgraded to were $300 fees included for the game).
