If Heyward can't play he should be on the DL and not playing, having him here struggling through a bad wrist and hurting the team doesn't help anybody

 

But he's not hurting the team; he's THAT good an all-around player. Bump him lower in the lineup maybe, but putting him on the DL for something he likely just needs to keep playing through doesn't accomplish much.
