one time i talked to len as he was walking to his car after a game and he was super nice to me even though i am terrible

 

i saw him in a quiet sports bar after a rays game several years ago, and he was air drumming at the bar by himself. it was awesome.

I don't know what the protocol is on signing announcers, but Tom/Crane/Theo whoever needs to pay the man as this is the last year of his contract.

 

Len needs to be Ricketts' first priority. Theo can have whatever money is leftover.
