I have to say that after watching Spurs under Conte the last few months, it’s really nice rooting for a team that actually tries to score in the first half!

Yes and hope that England cares enough about sharing an island with Wales to play it straight up with their full roster. At the very least anyone with a yellow for England won't be playing.

Yeah. England is going to need a result in that game unless Wales tied Iran. They might not need to pour it on but they’re not going to want to risk a loss and a runner up spot. Meanwhile Iran might be eliminated already when we play them.

Good point. I know Iran was hot garbage today but I'm writing 3 points in for Wales just yet.

 

That said Iran might be eliminated by the time we play them but I'm sure they will be motivated to knock us out of the tournament. Again.
