It wouldn't be shocking. They are still really good and just gotta win in a building where they rarely lose then win one at OKC. I kinda thought this game was more important to the Thunder just because it's so tough to win at Oracle.

If the Thunder win the title a run through the Spurs with 67 wins, warriors with 73 wins and a LeBron led Cavs team (most likely) would be a tad impressive.

I guess he gets the credit if he's the one that told KD to become an elite rim protector over night. That's just about the only thing that can render the Warriors' small lineup useless. He's having to run a lot to keep up his end on offense and that might wear him down vs LeBron, but it's still impressive as hell.

 

Really, just knowing how to develop a second unit and having offensive plays to draw up during a stoppage automatically makes you better than that sentient haircut Scott Brooks. The only thing missing for OKC other than a real coach has been health in the playoffs. Here they are.

There's been some really good and exciting individual performances in the playoffs but overall I've been quite bored with the actual games. None of the games seem to be overly close.

The funny thing is they've been doing this horsefeathers for 2+ years and it doesn't even have that shock factor anymore. I guess a little bit because it's an elimination game on the road but not overly shocking overall.
