This SMU Baylor game is so much fun. I suspect Baylor will pull away in the second half since they probably have much better depth than SMU, but SMU is pretty fired up.

SMU really fudged up that last possession, though. Gotta think that will loom large.

Either way, though, Chad Morris looks like a home run hire early for the Mustangs.

Vanderbilt is in for a very, very long season. They look awful.

They're still good enough to win the Big 10.

Um, Ohio State says hi.

It was a joke, guys.

What's the significance of western Michigan's ROW that's on their coaches shirt and their upright sleeves?

PJ Fleck's shtick is "Row the Boat". It's been all over their jerseys and gear ever since he arrived.

Washington couldn't have played that last drive any worse. A screen pass on 2nd down with 40 seconds left and no timeouts to the middle of the field and then they spike it on 3rd down for whatever reason to leave it up to their kicker to make a game tying 46 yard field goal. All sorts of bad.

I do not know how to describe how bad that NARF ad is. Who asks for money while telling the people they're asking for money that they're at war with them?

LOL at the ending to the South Dakota State-KU game. KU gets to the SDSU 30 needing a field goal to tie and no timeouts. They line up for the snap to spike the ball with :08 left, but the QB fumbles the snap and goes to his knee recovering the ball, running the clock out.

We might not win this season, but I am oddly optimistic these coaches will turn it around. But that was pretty much the most KU way ever to lose a game.

Well, you haven't given up the ball in victory formation like Oklahoma State has, I think.

That would require a parallel universe where we could be in a position to use the victory formation.
