I will be having a pacemaker put into to me tomorrow at around noon. So I'm hoping I will be able to watch the game after the surgery is over.

 

If the Cubs lose I will blame the pacemaker and might have to consider its immediate removal!!

For those curious, MLB.com has Cravy ranked as the Brewers 26th best prospect (down from 24 in the preseason rankings).

 

Scouting grades: Fastball: 50 | Slider: 50 | Curveball: 45 | Cutter: 45 | Changeup: 45 | Control: 50 | Overall: 45

Using a full repertoire of pitches, Cravy has finessed his way up to the top of the Brewers' organization, and to his big league debut in June and a repeat callup in early July. It remains to be seen what long-term role the right-hander will fill.

 

None of Cravy's offerings grade out as above-average, but he has many weapons to choose from. His fastball is average, at best, but he commands it well and throws it with sink, inducing groundball outs. He throws a curve and a slider, the latter being the better of the two breaking pitches. He throws a cutter which can be effective at times, though it can blend with the slider, and he has some feel for a changeup. He goes right after hitters and tends to fill up the strike zone.

 

Cravy has both started and relieved in the past, with his success as a starter making some believe he could fit at the back end of a rotation. Others see him more as a middle reliever type because of his stuff.
