I don't watch MLB network, but in my opinion Vasgersian and Mark Grant were the best in the game when they were working together doing local Padres games for several years. Vasgersian is probably the most knowledgeable and articulate PBP guy I've ever listened to.

 

Maybe he does suck on the MLB network. I wouldn't know, as I stated before. But he was brilliant as a PBP guy, which is probably what helped him land that job originally.
