So Fales or Cutler?

Cutler. Trestman already announced it.

You know Cutler is going to tear his ACL or something, killing both his trade value AND ability to contribute to the Bears next season. [expletive] Emery & Trestman. Just start Fales. There's not even a fake "we need to play our best guys because the game has playoff implications" scenario here. This organization sucks.

Oh, and Fales will come in to lead the Bears to victory, make meatball fans think he's good, and move the Bears down 4-5 spots in the draft.

Raiola suspended 1 game.

6th player safety incident. Meriweather was given 2 got his 6th, but NFL doesn't have the balls to suspend him for a playoff game.

And it will still be Cutler's fault that the Bears lost.

The meatballs will never except him no matter what. Nobody cares what they think.

It just gets old. A buddy of mine here in San Diego just made a random Facebook post calling Jay Cutler "the biggest baby in the league and a POS. He sucked in Denver and he sucks in Chicago. His replacement throws a TD pass and Cutler pouts on the sideline and he's the higher paid QB in the league. What a punk."

Philip Rivers is the biggest whiner the NFL has ever seen. So, here's a Charger fan watching his team most likely miss out on the playoffs yet again, but hey, let's bag on the Chicago Bears QB. Guarantee you that he didn't even watch that game.

Granted Cutler probably knew he'd be shown on TV infinity times but it seemed to me like the shots of him yesterday made him look pretty good on his part.

Watching the rewind on NFLN. Clausen looks pretty solid. Pretty good zip on his passes.

Also Christian Jones is going to be a really good player for the Bears. Very versatile, just needs experience and he's getting valuable time this year.

What were the character concerns that caused Christian Jones to drop from his projected 3rd round grade?

Word is he tested positive for weed at the combine. More of a stupidity concern than anything IMO

it was weed, but in some states, this shouldnt be an issue...

Well that's good. Looks like we got a steal (and better than the other three linebackers we've spent actual draft picks on)

Cutler would have been concussed on that hit

Wouldn't be surprised if Clausen is right now.

Wizarded!

Can't figure out what his best position would be. I really think it might be Mike LB. Funny, I think him playing DE as a senior at FSU hurt his draft stock maybe as much as the drug test, because he didn't really do much in the way of pass rush....yet he seems to be a really strong blitzer.

I think I'd probably put him at SLB to compete (and win the job) with McClellin. With Bostic at WLB and bring in a good MLB. With Wright re-signing in Seattle, I'll have to go back to the drawing board with FA options, but Denzel Perryman looks like a strong 2nd round draft option.

Seeing stuff with Perryman in the first, but then Benardrick or Kendricks might drop. Also like Jake Ryan as a third round prospect.

Yeah, Perryman is probably a 1st round pick. But a huge reach at 7-9 where the Bears will pick. I'm hoping teams get caught up in McKinney's measurables and Perryman falls. Kendricks is definitely going to fall because of size limitations. But he'll be a good player.

Actually, I think WLB might be Jones' best position. Of course it's Bostic's best too - but I like Jones more.
