Add the Bears to the list of interviews set up for Cards DC Todd Bowles. So NYJ, ATL, Chi, and SF set up. No Oak yet.

I can't find anything funnier than Lovie hiring the coach that succeeded him and failed miserably to a subordinate role.

I don't know if there are any reports of Lovie considering Trestman, but it does appear he met McCown in Clearwater. Maybe they're just good buds.

I know we now have reports of an interview, but I like to think it was partly McCown's way of saying thanks for the big contract

I'm not down on Toub as a head coach, per se. We know he's a good coach, especially with X's and O's and everything we've heard about him as far as the leadership type attributes has been positive. I just am annoyed that I have no idea what he'd be doing on offense or defense. Edited January 6, 2015 by David
