Nebraska is targeting Bielema.

Um, not disputing you, but link please? I hope not.

I heard it on ESPN radio today

If Bielema comes back to the B1G after pooping all over it on his way out of Madison, he'll be even more hated up here than he already is

Jerry Kill as B1G Coach of the Year? Lol, ok

I'd lean towards him too. Meyer is the only one with an argument.

I hate to carry the torch for OSU here, but what does a Buckeye coach have to do to win that award?

Coach a dreadful program like Minnesota to an 8 win season.

Auburn has an offer of around 1.5 million per year on the table with Muschamp. I'm hearing Memphis defensive coordinator Barry Odom may be considered if Muschamp isn't hired.

Guessing Muschamp goes Auburn or NFL.

So going 12-0, 12-2 and 11-1 ranks lower than raising a terrible team up to a mediocre team?

Since 2000, Ohio State has won 11+ games nine times. Minnesota has won 8+ games three times. I'd say relative to one another, Kill's accomplishment is more impressive.

Besides, part of being a dominant program is having high expectations. Those expectations often reduce your chances at winning awards like that. KU has won the Big 12 ten straight times. Self has only won COY 3 of those times. BFD.

The record isn't even what he hangs his hat on, he only has a case because he did it with a backup QB

This! COY is based on surpassing expectations. Tough to do when your expected to win 11 games to begin with.

i think Minnesota actually played out the season with no QB

So they're trading tumultuous 9 win seasons with Pelini for sedate 7 win seasons with Riley. Why on earth would they consider him, never mind hire him?

Leidner is a TE behind the center. we literally had a 0 passing game.
