Padres trading pitchers

FOX Sports' Ken Rosenthal reports that the Padres "continue to listen" on trade inquiries involving Andrew Cashner, Ian Kennedy, and Tyson Ross.

And why wouldn't they? This might not mean much, as teams should always be willing to listen for ways to improve their club. That's certainly the case for the Padres, who are likely not a move or two away from contention. For what it's worth, Rosenthal pegs the Braves, Indians, Diamondbacks, Royals, Rangers and Cubs as the teams who have a need and could match up best with the Padres. Nov. 12 - 12:32 pm et

This should give the Cubs leverage in any trade discussions.

Hypothetically, what would a current offer look like for Andrew Cashner? I'm trying to gauge how much his market has changed.

Forget Cashner, you want Tyson Ross.
