Why would we want to look at it like that?

You're right. We should look at it as we did when the schedule came out in July. Not as teams that have greatly struggled in 2/3 of the actual games played so far.

Schedule is such cake after the Lambeau game. One humiliation of Lovie in front of his old crowd, two games against a Peterson-less Vikings, and three mediocre dome teams (Cowboys, Saints, Lions) all at cold Soldier Field in December. We'll probably lose one we shouldn't in there, but I also feel like we can win the only somewhat difficult game in the final seven, which is Detroit on Thanksgiving.

It can be done at 4-5, anything better and we'll be in great shape.

Yeah I don't know that we can tell who's good and who's not at this point. The only two 3-0 teams are teams we don't play this season. The two arguably best 2-1 teams, Seattle and Denver, we don't play this season. I don't think we can really determine if we have a tough schedule or not.

As far as this week goes, I think we have a real chance to hurt the Packers this week. If the Packers go to 1-3 with 2 division losses and a "lucky" win against the Jets to start the season, I can really see the fanbase getting down on this team.

I really, really want to win this week.

The Packers are 4-8-1 in their last 13 games, including the playoffs. Granted, some of that was without Rodgers, but they've been blown out a few times and have 2 1-point wins, a blown coverage on 4th down win, and won because a game-tying TD was called back by a timeout. They are really struggling. The offense isn't clicking and the poor OL, losing Finley, Jones, offensive coordinator, etc. could be getting to Rodgers. Not to mention they are getting nothing on defense.

If they get any pressure from the front 4, they have a great shot at this one. I'm expecting this to be Allen's best game.

I hope they piggyback the Lions and always keep the safety up top on Nelson.

Since they can't run the ball, I'm expecting a shorter passing game featuring Forte to eat up the clock.

Aaron Rodgers had a simple, yet direct message for Green Bay Packers fans who are panicking over the team's 1-2 record and the quarterback's own slow start.

"Five letters here just for everybody out there in Packer-land: R-E-L-A-X," Rodgers said Tuesday on his ESPN Milwaukee radio show. "Relax. We're going to be OK."

So what's wrong with Rodgers and his offense? Well, to suggest it has anything to do with his injury or the fact he recently began dating actress Olivia Munn caught Rodgers by surprise when he was told that those have been among the reasons fans have given on social media to explain the early-season struggles.

"Everybody's wondering that?" Rodgers said on his show.

"Those are so idiotic it's not even worth responding to either one of those," he added.

The actual sound bytes have been on the radio this morning, and they're pretty funny. Rodgers is such a douche.

Yeah, seems like a good idea. Cobb has been strictly underneath and they don't have Finley to take the safety's attention anymore. I do worry that they'll dink the [expletive] out of whoever Frey is covering.

I also think the Bears will be able to run the ball some this game. They basically admitted they knew the last 2 weeks they weren't going to put up any big games running. I still don't think they will run the ball 30 times or anything, but I'd be surprised if they didn't get a decent ypc average this week and are much less one-dimensional provided they aren't playing from behind all game.

I admit...I'd probably enjoy the quotes if they were from Jay. But Rodgers says them and it just makes me want to punch him.

when reading them I'm not sure what you would get so worked up about

Front. He's gay as sandals.

I'll amend...

Yet he gets to pretend to date Olivia Munn.

Eh...he does sound more annoying when he actually says them, but it's mostly being pretty meatball about it.

Well, you say "gets to", but if that is true then it would be more like "feels forced to", and that's no good.

And it's not like the world's biggest douches haven't been tied to beautiful celebrities before.

Bears up to 5th in DVOA this week, behind Cincy, Atlanta, Seattle and Denver.

What's amazing is that it's their defense carrying that ranking. 4th in defensive DVOA, 11th in offensive, 18th in special teams.

Regarding Mel Tucker...

Has the start to the season caused anyone to be at least more open minded about him as a DC?

No, If they let him go tomorrow I'd still be pleased.

My feelings aside, he's done a good job of saving his job....so far.

But I doubt anyone's coming in fearing the Mel Tucker defense.
