They've been making some pretty solid contact off him, but he's also getting a lot of swings and misses. Control has been between ok and good.

This may sound crazy but Turner kind of reminds me of a young Zach Greinke. Live arm, trying to be perfect- just needs to learn how to pitch.

Yeah, I want Arrieta and Hendricks as definites, 2 new guys, and then the least sucky of Wada, Straily, Turner, Doubront, Wood, Jokisch can have the 5th spot.

 

EDIT: I guess it's kind of unfair to include Wada in "least sucky", he has not been sucky.

It's amazing how quickly momentum can change in baseball. Going from sweeping the Brewers and thinking of maybe the playoffs next year to Baez is a bust and all our pitchers suck in the matter of a week.

It's just unfortunate that the end of this year has been somewhat annoyingly predictable in how badly it's fallen apart in so many different ways.
