TLR's HOF speech....awkward

was it like jordan awkward?

He was totally nervous and completely uncomfortable, almost made it difficult to watch

Sounds like he needed a drink. Hopefully he gets one before the drive home.

I'm prematurely convinced now that Hendricks can hold down starting spot credibly in 2015. At least 1.5 WAR, maybe more.

I think he's the only one with a chance to head into next year with a spot.

Assuming he means between Wada, Beeler, and and Hendricks.

Out of Wada, him, Beeler or anyone else they throw out there. Outside of Arrieta, Wood, and Jackson, of course. Figure they're locks.(unless we take a bad contract for Edwin)

We're about to face a million lefties in a row? Sounds like a great time to call up a certain right-handed AAA infielder.

Chris Valaika?

I think Arrieta and Hendricks are going to end up the only ones in the rotation from that group. Or maybe I'm just wishing that's the case.

I can't see that much turnover, even if I'd like to see it.

I don't see Wood or Jackson as locks.

I'd like to see two offseason acquisitions that are good enough to be rotation locks.

Arrieta/New Guy/New Guy and then let Hendricks, Wood, Jackson and Straily fight for two spots.

That's a bit thin, but I've seen worse rotations.

Only if there is an injury today because he just got sent down. I was going with the obvious (and possible) solution.
