There's not much value in announcing you are switching to a 3-4. For one, it will change how other teams evaluate your likely draft moves, and it will effect free agent negotiations.

LOL, I don't think they need to ask it that directly, but knowing he's not fired, I think they can & should ask about what is going to be expected of him to improve that defense, beyond just getting guys back from injury.

 

Right now I'm hearing that they'll get guys back healthy. That's pretty dumb -- more guys will get injured because they always do. Nobody should be satisfied with that kind of answer, if that's all it is.
