I can actually understand Trestman not using the challenge there. He only has one left because, well, the refs suck. They should be able to (and did) score from the one foot line. Now Trestman still has that challenge.

The TO was to give the defense more time to rest, probably.

 

As far as the challenge, he's already seen the refs blow one clear challenge, and didn't want to chance this one, since Jeffrey's back miiiiight have been down first.
