I voted yes, but to imply it's impossible to say no is silly. You could lead with 197 losses over 2 seasons and quite unlikely to compete in season 3.

Screwed up Castro. Wasted a lot of money on bad and hurt pitching last season. Failed at their first attempt to hire a manager.

 

There's enough to plausibly vote either way.
