Stupid jocks. Embarrassing.

More of just a stupid jerks thing than just jocks.

The players, who were in attendance as part of a course requirement, weren't the only ones in the audience being dicks. But according the the play's director and members of the cast, they were basically ring-leading the thing, cheering others on to heckle the cast.

The players were ordered by the athletic department to apologize to the cast, but it seemed like they "didn't know what they were apologizing for," and the apology for the team as a whole came from one lone player. No players involved have been named thus far. The athletic department also emailed the theater department chair to apologize.

Indications are that it was a freshman requirement class.

Be interesting to see if Freeze suspends anyone over this. He's pretty big on discipline.

It's currently thunder snowing at Rice-Eccles which is awesome (though I'm guessing the UCLA players won't care for it).

Between Texas/ISU and this circus at UCLA/Utah, not a good night for college refs.

Why do you say that? Just a normal day for Glasses Ref and the Pac-12.

Holy [expletive] !!!

[expletive] that dude.

lol @ mack brown. what a piece of [expletive].

Mack Brown strongly defending Mike Davis' block, thought Davis didn't hear whistle. "I thought it was competing."

the other player clearly let up and then the texas guy dove at his knees.

At least Purdue won't get their ass kicked this Saturday.

The first time in forever that I am actually looking forward to a Purdue football game (Etling's first start) and they don't have one this week...

Hasn't been brought up yet other than a brief mention by Old Style, but HaHa Clinton-Dix has been suspended indefinitely and an Alabama assistant has been put on leave, apparently because Clinton-Dix accepted a small loan from said assistant, who also may or may not be affiliated with agents.

He's expected to miss 3 games max, which figures because Bama doesn't play anyone remotely capable of touching them until LSU - 5 games away.
