Jermichael Finley took a really big shoulder hit to the head from a safety while making a big first down catch (which he then dropped). Got up, ran 10 feet, and had to lie down for probably a couple of minutes. No penalty called

 

Aside from the fumble and the int (and the int was bad), Bengals look very good.

Finley getting up and then stumbling around looked bad, but the hit didn't look too bad to me. The replays looked like the defensive player was sort of holding up and it was just finley in an awkward position. In fact, I am sort of surprised that he looked like he had a concussion from the hit. Maybe it was when he hit the ground.

That's not a good angle to view Finley's head snapping back from the hit.
