yeah, that stuff makes sense in a vacuum, but part of his argument with the panthers related back to horrible coaching decisions the panthers made in those losses by fewer than seven points. if that guy is still the coach, why would you assume those things are going to straighten themselves out?

The Buccaneers are the worst coached team I can remember watching. Blatant helmet to helmet and late hits, illegal formations, delay of game coming out of a timeout, a wasted challenge on an obvious play, etc. Former TB Buc John Lynch is railing on Schiano the whole game.

As I type this, Schiano is screaming at the ref for allowing Jimmy Graham to remain in the game after he was slow to get up after a blatant personal foul. The problem with that is, Graham can stay in the game if he is injured as a result of a personal foul. It's almost embarrassing at this point, except for the fact that TB is going to put someone out with a concussion if this keeps up.

 

EDIT: The Bucs just held the Saints on 3rd down at the 2 yard line and forced a field goal, but on the FG attempt they jumped offsides. First down Saints at the 1.

Yes, Schiano is that bad. Only 10 men on the field on defense, and just now they had a 70 yard TD bomb called back for illegal formation again. Never seen anything like it.

So someone in the stands blew what sounded like a whistle on Seattle's punt. The whole line stood up, the center hiked it, and the 49ers all ran unabated to the kicker and blocked it. Carroll was mad, but what did you want the refs to do? I guess call a penalty on Seattle. But you don't usually see a coach lobbying the refs to call false start on your own team.
