We almost lost to an FCS school and got rolled by Cincy. A bad Illinois team smoked Cincy. Our offensive line had almost 50 lbs per man on the indiana St. Defensive line and they shut down our running game. I would love for a miracle game but this one will be ugly on Saturday.

They beat Indiana State 20-14 (while failing to score TDs on two first-and-goals inside the 5), and Indiana State gave up 73 points to Indiana. So yeah, they're that bad.

A&M gave up four TDs to Sam Houston State (and not garbage-time ones either). They won't need return TDs.

UCLA walk-on WR Nick Pasquale was run over Sunday morning and died immediately. He was walking near his home in suburban Orange County. The driver called the cops immediately, was held shortly but there was no foul play or anything. Really sad.

I don't know why I am even surprised by this anymore. I say this as I watch Herm Edwards on the COORS LIGHT COLD HARD FACTS segment on ESPN. Just give him a red nose and clown shoes and remove all pretenses already.

 

That said, it wouldn't surprise me if Texas players start to give up a bit on Mack Brown. I would say Ole Miss has an excellent chance to beat the Whorns.

I've been to Stillwater and openly question that they were able find attractive enough girls to be "hostesses". Tangentially related, I've never seen so many females that chew tobacco in one spot in my life.
