I wonder where they'll send him to pitch.

I'm guessing that Daytona's rotation is about to be really interesting.

Do we know what happened with Peralta? INjury, or reworking his messed up mechanics, or what?

I thought Paniagua was projected as a dominant reliever, but it says he made 4 starts in the summer league this year? Are the Cubs going to stretch him out as a starter? Apologies if I'm behind on this news.

They'll try him as a starter first. He's projected as a reliever by many, but he's still got a chance to start.

He might be the most talented arm we have (especially not including Vizcaino) and I'm sure they'll go with their usual approach of letting him prove that he isn't a starter.

He's projected as a reliever by some mainly because of his age combined with his lack of pro experience. He still has potential to be an elite starter and the Cubs will give him that chance.

That said, many prospects who project as relievers will start in the minors to get extra work, especially in the lower levels such as these rookie leagues.
