I'm stuck listening to Past and Keith. How far out of the base path did Robinson go? Did he go after Castro's legs?

He was way out of the basepaths. It wasn't a particularly dirty slide (at least IMO), but it was definitely the right call.

Wasn't just that he was out of the basepath, he also flailed his arm towards Castro whilst being nowhere near 2nd base.

Allow me to inject a note of optimism in this Game/Cheers thread: Wainwright gets pummeled about once every 4 starts. He's due for a whuppin tonite. If JS holds the Cards to 4 runs or less, and the Cubs make no errors, Cards lose.

I only watched the Rebecca era Cheers to see her angst filled outbursts of "My sweet Baby!"

The prophet has come.

Huh?

bahahahahaha

uh oh, we probably missed our chance to extend Sweeney on the cheap

He's going to request at least 1/3 marathon million dollars/year now.

I need to retake high school English classes to read this sentence.

Just saw the replay and Robinson's left arm was at least a foot away from the bag.

The late foot flail was what was really out of line. Seems about par for the course for them though. Their fans won't ever see it, but stuff like this happens pretty regularly.
