Castillo skies one that finally drops in no-man's land for a hit

Rizzo scorches one right at Moreland who's only there holding the runner

that's pretty representative of both's babip fortunes to start the year

70 pitches for Villanueva.

Let him go 9!

Seems like Villanueva has been very economical this season.

Does anyone remember when Kevin Orie had a decent rookie year, then in April of 98, he had like 5 or 6 warning track outs with the wind blowing in?

I keep having flashbacks to that with Rizzo right now...and obviously they make no sense because Rizzo is much better, had a much better rookie year, and will be fine. I'm just saying I thought of that when he had yet another hard hit out.

Anthony Rizzo's third-inning home run went 475 feet, the longest home run in MLB this season.

Nice.

Wow. I would've guessed that his HR in the opener went further.

Castillo has been such a nice surprise so far this year.

Insanely lucky. He's a decent player but not anywhere near this good.

You're trying to say he isn't nearly Ted Williams level good?

Ted Williams never hit .425. Don't sell Castillo short.

The point being that he hasn't even been Ted Williams good for a 2 week sample. The numbers aren't indicative of how well he has played.
