If I'm being honest, my Hawks fandom really began at that game. I watched games occasionally before that, but I was a full on bandwagoner after that, and have really stuck to it.

 

Just was watching some highlights from game 6 of that series. I'd forgotten about the weird goal from center ice of Kane's foot.

 

As I've bragged many times I'm sure I was lucky to score tickets on TM a few days before the game and wife and I drove to Chicago that morning for the game. What an amazing 30 minutes or so. That penalty kill was epic.

They spent a surprising amount of time talking about it on NHL Radio this morning and I keep seeing references to it on Twitter. I think it's just whiny Vancouver folks trying to keep it going.

He's played quite a bit. Hasn't done anything worth noting, but he looks to be holding his own. Decent skater for sure.
