The best part of the tournament was the caddies racing to the greens. Pretty hilarious!

The crowd on the 16th hole is freaking rowdy. I could get into golf more if every hole was like that.

I wouldn't be surprised if we started seeing more holes like that. Apparently TPC Scottsdale has gone public now, also. $300 for a round, but worth it to play it once.

Not sure which one was my favorite one was as there were several. When both caddies dove for the green or Padraig Harrington kicking footballs into the stands plus a couple more. I had a buddy who was there on the 16th 2 years ago and said it was amazing. He wants me to come visit him next year so we can both go.

I hope we see more "stadiums" type holes, but it's gonna have to be at courses that are pretty "open" so you can build all those stands.

$300 a round? Wow... I rather play Torrey Pines again or if I REALLY wanna drop some cash, I'll go to Pebble Beach. Possibly Bethpage (Black) since it's pretty cheap. Although I have played Whistling Straits before ($300+), but a friend's dad paid for my round. All of my other rounds have been at courses that were $100 or less.

Tiger's ace on 16 was one of the best golf moments ever. I played TPC Scottsdale about 5 years ago and it was $250. Id say maybe worth it only because they play a semi-high profile tour event there, but other courses in that area cheaper and better.

Nice to see Tiger and Phil winning back to back with other good names on the top of the leaderboards.

I played The 2010 at Celtic Manor last March. It was a really cool experience, especially with the first class treatment you get over there, but man, $225 is a lot of cash for a round of golf.

you can play scottsdale for 130 bucks, it's 300 if you want prime tee times before noon. Right now that's pretty nice, as the afternoon temps are in 70's. I am guessing that in a few months you could play for under 100 come afternoon because of the heat.

If Tiger doesn't win at least one major this year I'd be shocked. He's already playing great golf. Also, with his win today Americans have won every PGA event this year

When Tiger's putter gets hot, no one can touch him. He's also blasting the new Covert 5 wood. Hit it 290 yards today. Just not fair.

I'm still not sure why he even has a driver in his bag sometime. He hit his 3/5 woods as far as most tour players hit their driver and he's way more consistent in keeping it in the fairway compared to the driver. Although there are times when he get his driver going, but it's rare.

But yeah, like you said, nobody is touching him when he's putting like that. I mean... 100 putts in 72 holes? That's just insane.

That was the most amazing part of his run of majors. If he had a putt 10 feet or shorter, there was very little doubt it was going in. I really think that's been the biggest difference the last 4-5 years. Those tricky 8-10 footers just haven't been going down like they were back then.

Welp... he's doing it again.

Out of 77 players that made the cut, Tiger is 75th in driver accuracy and 64th in ball striking, yet he's in 1st. Just mind boggling.

I haven't watched any of the tournament or really have followed it at all (watching only NCAA past 3 days) but I plan on watching tomorrow. I am guessing he's putting out of his ass again? I'd have to think he's in the top 10 for fewest puts in the tournament.

Key iron shots/scrambling/putting plus a few lucky bounces... Just like the old Tiger. Had 25 putts today. Like I have said before, I wish he just scrap his driver for good and just use his 3/5 wood. Way more consistent off the tee with his woods. Although if he ever find his groove with the driver again (like way back in '99/'00 where he was top 60 in driving accuracy), it's going to be scary.

His putting was just insane. I don't recall what hole it was today, but Fowler hit probably a 45-footer to put some heat on Tiger (before going all Tin Cup on 16), and Tiger answered immediately with his own long birdie putt. Just amazing.

the par 5 12th? I was thinking that if he makes that putt, the old Tiger is back.
