I think that ref made a great call.

Shoulder hit in bounds first, I thought. But it will probably stand on replay because it's not indisputable he had possession.

At first I thought so but then he seems to bobble it as he rolled out.

I didn't think he had possession before the shoulder hit out of bounds.

Maybe it didn't. I still think that's a tough overturn.

It was close. I'd agree that based on the standard of review that shouldn't have been overturned.

abuck is so pissed about that phantom PI call on Baylor that he can't even post

The refs tried a garbage call on a kickoff TD by Baylor earlier, but Baylor scored on the drive anyway.

EVERYONE is conspiring against notre dame!

The Big 12 stands to gain $14+ million by KSU making the title game and the officials refereeing the game are employed by the Big 12. There's an obvious conflict of interest even if nothing shady is happening.

too bad ND isn't in a conference so they could benefit from such shadiness.

The stats from Oregon-Stanford are pretty interesting.

First downs: Stan 21, Ore 20

Yards: Stan 406, Ore 409

Passing: Stan 25-36-211, Ore 22-37-212

Rushing: Stan 43-195, Ore 38-197

Penalties: Stan 5-64, Ore 5-59

3rd downs: Stan 6-16, Ore 4-16

4th downs: Stan 1-2, Ore 0-2

The only major disparities are in the turnovers and time of possession.

So if ND loses next week we're guaranteed an all SEC championship. Not going to happen with Barkley hurt, but still.

Unreal.

I'm not sure what I want to see less, a ND-SEC title game or another SEC-SEC title game.

I can't wait for a 6-3 National Championship game.
