I sure hope people tweeted him asking him why he quit on his team.

He made an appearance on the sidelines with crutches & a foot brace. Hence, his injury is legit.

So, it looks like there's a good chance that this game tonight is gonna be a rainy, sloppy mess.

You have to think that favors us. We can run better, they're a dome team, etc. That's what I'm telling myself anyway.

Also, you'd think that the conditions would lend itself to turnovers.

Crappy conditions lessens the difference in talent level, and the Bears are the more talented team.

Oh sure, crap all over our homerism. Be that way.

So Tom Brady screamed at his offensive line on the sidelines yesterday. Also Ahmad Bradshaw had a shouting match with his head coach immediately after scoring a touchdown.

I must be looking in the wrong places for those front page articles talking about the lack of leadership by Brady and Bradshaw.

Williams had previously visited the Eagles, Cardinals and Chargers, before making the decision to sign with the Rams. Now, he has to fly to London for the Rams-Patriots game.

Dude probably just wanted to visit London again. Hope this signing works out as well for St. Louis as Orlando Pace worked out for us.

Schefter just tweeded that MJD is out at least a week with his knee injury, so essentially we can say that his injury is no worse than Jay's in the NFCCG, yet MJD needs a cart off the field, while Jay actually tried to continue on an play on his knee. I think we know which player is soft here...

Is this more torturous or tedious?

When I think of rain games all I think about is that terrible game in Miami back in 2002 with Henry Burris at QB. Or the one against the Steelers with Kyle Orton at QB. Both ended badly.

Weird. I think of that terrible game in Miami back in 2007.

Also, pretty sure the Steelers one was in the snow, assuming you mean the one where Bettis trucked Urlacher.

Yeah it might have been. The Bears didn't play Miami in 2007 though so I'm not sure which game you're referring to. I don't remember there being rain in 2006 when Grossman got picked three times.

The superbowl was in Miami that year, no?
