Game 2 - BEARS @ Green Bay Packers - 7:20 PM Thurs

Posted
While she was watching the Packers game against Kansas City on television last Dec. 18, Low became upset because the team was losing and choked her 11-year-old daughter, the criminal complaint stated. The girl said that after the Packers lost 19-14, her mother choked her again with enough force that she couldn’t breathe and asked, “Do you want to die?”

“Obviously, Mrs. Low took (the game) very seriously,” Assistant Dist. Atty. Nicholas Bolz said.

Low also tried to punch her husband in the face, threw her dinner on the floor and broke a lamp during the game.

Fake

It doesn't say she didn't eat it later.

Looks like the line has shifted from GB -6 to GB - 5 or 5 1/2 depending where you go and the O/U has gone from 50 to 51 or 51 1/2

My guy has it now down to GB -4.5. The line has dropped 1.5 points since 7pm last night. O/U is up to 51.5

Begging for GB money now? Everyone and their mother seems to be on the Packers. I thought the line would have gone closer to 7 by kickoff

I was seeing 5 on Monday.

Im fairly confident about this game. Especially if Greg Jennings isnt 100%. I just think the Packers have much more to prepare for vs years past than the Bearsdo. The Bears habe seen everything GB will throw at them tonight the Pack havent seenthe big wrs, carimi or even Conte who are all huge improvements over who the Bears had last year.

Agreed, but if Jennings does miss time I could see the Pack getting creative even more creative with Cobb than they did vs SF. I could see him causing issues out of the backfield/slot or maybe even a wildcat play or two. But yeah not nearly as much planning needs to be done.

To me, it just comes down to the Packers looking very single-faceted right now. Strong pass game, weak run game, weak defense with only one real pass rusher, nice returner, but other than that, sketchy ST.

The Bears have their issues, no doubt, but seem early on to have a good offense (pass and run), good-ok defense, and the usual good special teams.

That's what I've been thinking. The Packers have weaknesses the Bears can exploit.

But, I also have a hard time seeing the Packers losing their third straight game at Lambeau.

Agreed. I'm tempted to wager on the Pack if I can get them at -4.5 though, when I try and look at this game from a objective standpoint. They probably haven't been favored that small at home in a long time.

Matthews will be rushing on Webb's side not Carimi's.

Wasnt he lolb previous seasons?

I think technically he's LOLB, but he plays all over the place, I would guess they'll try to exploit Webb with him. I'm assuming Cutler will be keeping track of Matthews and Woodson and changing his protection up as needed. I'm assuming...

He's their only pass rusher. I can't imagine he won't be going after Webb.

I don't have much confidence in this one. Marshall destroyed us when he played for Miami, the year when Green Bay had a good defense and won a Super Bowl. I have to imagine that one a good team, with a good QB against an awful defense, he will do the same.

Green Bay better figure out how to score or they are going to get dominated at home for a third straight time.

That said, Bears fans confidence and my lack of confidence in this game would make a win more sweet. :D

That jinx is clearly trumped by the vast majority of the media picking the Packers.

If I was betting I'd easily put money on GB right now. Too easy of a line. But I still think the Bears have a good chance to win.

I liked the Bears at +6, but I like the Packers now if it's down to -4.5. From a betting standpoint.

56% of the public is on the Packers... the reverse line movement would suggest that the sharps are on the Bears.

I should emphasize suggest. You need 60% of the public to have a real RLM situation.

It didn't just recently move though. It moved by Monday.
