some real fair and balanced reporting by that guy.

 

wouldn't be a day ending with Y if fox news isn't getting butt hurt about some perceived persecution of Christians.

 

Pretty sure thats the local version of Fox.

 

Still, gotta love his brilliant logic in using the example an evangelist who played baseball in the 1880's as a reason to act like the offended person is being silly.

Giants reliever Chad Gaudin is charged with one count of open and gross lewdness, after an incident at a Las Vegas emergency room way back in January. It's a bizarre story that has some somehow been kept quiet for six months.

 

The Las Vegas Review-Journal broke the news today, and it is...something.

 

 

According to police, Gaudin was drunk about 4:30 a.m. when he approached a 23-year-old woman on a gurney at Desert Springs Hospital, three miles east of the Las Vegas Strip.

 

 

The woman told police she was lying on a gurney in the emergency room lobby when Gaudin appeared, told her “she was gorgeous” and touched her face and breast, she said.

 

 

A witness heard Gaudin say, “I will take care of you, don’t worry about them,” to the woman and then saw him touch her face, leg and breast, according to a police report.

 

 

Well, then.

I last heard he was expected to miss the entire season and would possibly retire. Instead he's pitching in July rehab games.

wow, the last few years have not been kind

 

Anna Benson, dressed all in black, had a black Taurus Judge revolver, expandable baton and red folding Batman knife with her, police said. Also recovered was a hatchet, a Taser, 13 bullets, a bag of syringes and eight pills, police said.
