We're like a reverse-race version of major league.

Castro is Dorn

LaHair is Cerrano

Campana is Willie Mays Hayes

Wild Thing is Marmol?

Soto is Jake Taylor

Sean Camp is the grey haired pitcher who steals JoBus rum.

You're doing it incorrectly.

Just came back from my first game of the season.

That was awesome.

Also, Ryan Dempster signed a ball for me.

Heh on Comcast SportsNet's website they labeled Bryan LaHair as Anthony Rizzo in one of their videos.

It's good to see Lahair's AB from the previous night impact this game. If Motte had not thrown 30 pitches the night before, he could've been available.

Didn't they have motte up in the pen until the homer?

I'm not sure about anyone else, but my twitter and facebook feeds are full of "Yeah, Cubs, enjoy your World Series, we'll enjoy ours." or "Must be nice to have the umps on your side for once." or "THIS is why we NEED instant replay."

As if the Cards have NEVER, in the history of baseball, ever benefited from a blown call.

They benefited from multiple calls last October that helped them win a World Series. So yeah let's bring in instant replay.

I brought those up. They weren't missed or blown calls. They were close that could have gone either way, apparently.

I also saw a bunch of "Look at that! Matheny out there fighting for his team. THAT'S how a good manager leads!"

I don't think so, but I was flipping channels when it happened.
