Cool. They previously wore those jerseys back in 1997 for the very first Cubs/Sox interleague game in which the Cubs won big:

Not sure if they've worn them since.

I never understood grown men wearing these jerseys. It's only cool if you are an actual player. The only jerseys that look cool are soccer.

I'm gonna go ahead and disagree. I like it only when attending a game or going to the bar to watch a game with the team involved. I despise people who wear jerseys just to wear them on random days for no reason. I especially hate hipsters who think its cool to ironically wear old basketball jerseys. If I see one more douchebag in an Alonzo Mourning Hornets jersey that barely fits them at Lolla, I am going to punch them.

I think baseball jerseys pale in comparison to football and hockey jerseys, but if you are wearing any of those to a game it's fine.

Basketball ones are dumb, since they are basically tank tops.

Is it ok to wear a clown wig and no shirt? How about a firemans helmet? Maybe some spiky shoulder pads and face paint? Where can I get a copy of the dress code?

People wear a crapload of ridiculousness to sporting events. Jerseys are about the 10,000th most annoying thing people wear to them.

you shouldn't need one. You either have bad taste or not.

CC definitely knows a thing or two about poor taste.

Plus basketball jerseys are made super long to reflect the jerseys the players wear and you either have to tuck them in and look like a geek or let them hang past your knees and look like you are wearing a dress.

Good: I can watch this game.

Bad: It's on FOX, so there will be two, possibly three, blithering idiots calling the game.

When Zambrano got traded, all my Cubs jersey shirts were ex-players

I've lost Ramirez (actual jersey won from NSBB), Lee and Harden (wtf was I thinking). Still ok with Soto and Marmol thankfully.

The only jersy I have is an Ernie Banks replica 1959 I bought at Cooperstown. I only wear it to Cub games.

I'm down to Castro, Soto and Soriano. I'd like to add a couple this year but the question is whether anyone's going to be good enough to justify buying any.

That makes two of us. I was at Wrigley and in the market for a new shirt, and Harden had a damn good start that day, so I picked up his jersey shirt.
