That was a shirt they gave away to bleacher seats at select games last season, not sure if they can be bought though. It is a pretty sweet shirt though. I have two.

I saw them for sale at Cubs Convention, although it was also in a room with the game worn jerseys and old Wrigley flags, so there may be a limited supply.
