it sucks because lynch is better than forte

Huh?

what are you having trouble with, the fact that it sucks? yes, it does.

That's debatable and assuming he can ever match 2011, which I doubt.

Couple interesting things.

Michael Wirght just said Avrill was bears top target, and since he got tagged expect Bears to go after Williams

Also, Bears among 2 teams that did NOT attend Georgia's pro day (Cowboys other team). Interesting because UGA has a couple guys that many thought would be on the Bears radar. Orson Charles, TE (ran a 4.75 40 today) and Cordy Glenn OT/OG, potential 1st round option.

Huh?

He's just having a random crusade against Forte. It will likely pass.

yeah, he was only about a million times better last year with a similarly-ranked offensive line because he's not better than forte.

Seattle's line was good up the middle and bad on the ends. The Bears' line was the opposite. Lynch was more successful per play than Forte last year, but it's hard to separate how much of that was Lynch and how much of that was the middle of the line holding up so much better.

lynch was MUCH better than forte last year, he was a top 3 back. the slight difference in run-blocking in no way predicts the gap in performance between the two of them.

Ben Jones and Brandon Boykin too.

Welker was tagged too.

does that help us in the VJ sweepstakes?

I don't know how taking more WR options of the market helps.

Wait, Williams? Which one?

I think he was referring to Mario, but I'm skeptical.

That would surprise me as well.

Down to V-Jax, Lloyd, Colston, Manningham, Mayne, Laurent Robonson, Garcon, and Meachem as far as guys with the potential to even start for us next year for WR's. With V-Jax being the ONLY one out there that I wouldn't at least want a 1st or 2nd rounder spent on WR as well to go along with him. And even then, I'd want a 3rd probably spent anyway.

I'll be extremely surprised that IF V-Jax hits the market, he doesn't wind up a Redskin.

I wouldn't be upset if they signed like 2 of the other guys. Garcon + Manningham wouldn't be so bad.
