I'll take Charlie Campbell's latest mock and be done with it. Has us getting Perry, Randle, Dennard, Keenan Robinson, and Matt Reynolds. That would be flat out great.

Dennard in the 3rd? Wow... He's definately falling then.

That would be amazing and I'm not a Reynolds fan.

Matt Reynolds went to the same high school as Paea.

Yes on the first three. I'm not huge on Robinson, and if Acho was still there (as this mock has him getting taken the next pick), I think he is the better option of the two Texas LBs.

Acho was the more productive of the 2, but Robinson looks to be the much better athlete.

Couldn't ask for better than a rookie QB in Soldier Field for the opener. The Bears are better teams than 4 of the 5 teams they start the season with. Then they have 2 home games after a bye. With a start like that, I expected the end of the season would be a lot worse, but it looks like the tough part of the schedule is dead center. @ Tennessee, vs. Houston and @ SF is a tough stretch, but then it presumably gets a little easier with 2 home games vs. inferior teams and then a road game against a weak team.

I love that for once we have we have an easy start to the season (relatively)

Looks like a good schedule to me. I really like the Houston @ Chicago SNF game. Good time for the Hawks to get their first ever win over the franchise

annoying that, yet again, the Vikings don't have to come here for the later game.

It's a shame they don't face any dome or warm weather teams at home late in the season. STL, DET, IND, CAR, HOU all in the first half of the season. HOU/MIN have a chance of being relatively tough conditions for those teams, but not harsh.

I think I'll go to the SF game. Wish it wasn't a Monday night, though.

Yeah, I think there should be at least 1 every year. Hell, the Vikes and Lions should be relatively used to it, so it's not like they would be getting screwed by the scheduling. The Bears get screwed with a late cross country trip to Arizona.

#Bears agree to terms with veteran G Chilo Rachal

Who?

EDIT: Nevermind... Sounds decent enough.

Bears agreed to terms with OG Chilo Rachal, formerly of the 49ers, on a one-year contract.

The 2008 second-rounder is a worthwhile reclamation project. Rachal lost his starting job early last season after emerging as a quality run blocker in 2010. He should give veteran RG Chris Spencer a run for the starting job in Chicago.
