I'm kind of pulling for the Seahawks to make the playoffs which could happen if the Lions lose today. From what I can see they win out and the Lions lose one more (or at least to Green Bay), the Seahawks are in. I didn't look at the tie breakers too closely.

Don't count out John Skelton's Cardinals.

I had been assuming that the MVP was going to be unanimous for Rodgers, but today may have garnered Brees some momentum. Safe to say that Brees will have more to fight for in the remaining two games than Rodgers (will he even play against Detroit?) and therefore might continue putting up mega stats.

Rodgers: 4360 yds, 40 TD, 6 INT

Brees: 4780 yds, 37 TD, 11 INT

Tebow has played 2 good teams this year and has been out scored 86 to 33 so far.

Why are the Lions a good team, and the Jets and Raiders aren't?

Because they'll make the playoffs?

What really sucks is almost everything else went our way today.

Denver lost. Jets lost. Titans lost. Only Cincinnati won.

With Jennings hurt last week and Bulaga this week, I wonder if the Pack will start resting players more now.

I certainly hope so. I think Bulaga will be ready for the playoffs, but the MRI will determine the severity of that tomorrow.

Well I guess this bit me in the ass, didn't it?

But 13-1 is still pretty damn good. And if they were gonna lay an egg I'd rather it be now than in the playoffs.

Maybe they will but I could see them losing the next two pretty easily. If you consider the Jets good and want to include them, he's been out scored 99 to 50. I don't think the Jets are a good team though.

It seemed an obvious thing to say.

Perhaps. But 19-0 was a pipe dream.

It's unnecessary pressure to put on a ballclub, especially with the dilemma of resting players that always comes up. Then you throw the Jennings & Bulaga injuries into the mix -- the pressure mounts to start resting more guys.

Are there still scenarios left where the Packers wouldn't be the #1 seed?
