Got a lot of decisions to make this week.

QB-

Michael Vick vs NYJ. Vick didn't have a good week last week, and now is playing the #5 defense vs. QBs.

Mark Sanchez vs. Phi. Has several 20+ point games this year, but when he gets less than 20, he gets less than 12.

Matt Moore vs. Buf. Buffalo has given up a ton of points to Qbs this year. But Moore is questionable.

RB-

I put in a claim for Felix Jones. Do I dare bench MJD coming off a 40-pt game vs. the Falcons #7 ranked vs. RBs for Jones vs. the team last vs. RBs?

DEF-

Steelers vs. SF

Dolphins vs. Buf. SF has the lesser offense, but don't turn the ball over much. Buffalo gives the ball away and has allowed 3 of the last 5 team Ds to score over 20 against them.

Vick is so tough, because it really looks like the Eagles have flat out quit. I've had him bench for Cam Newton pretty much all year on mine. That said, I would never trust Sanchez. I'd pick Vick slightly over Moore.

Is it a PPR format? If not, stick with MJD

Hard to know how the Dolphins will respond with a new coach. Maybe guys come out and play hard trying to get stuff on film for next year for contracts etc. I'd go Miami

Lots of hard decisions for me as well:

I have:

RB: Foster

RB:

WR: Nelson

WR:

WR/RB:

Picking from Arian Foster, Roy Helu, Felix Jones, Jordy Nelson, Miles Austin, Dwayne Bowe and Brandon Marshall.

Foster is an obvious start. Also 99% going with Nelson. After that, I'm leaning Felix Jones in my RB2 spot. Miles Austin in WR2 and then Helu in the flex with maybe considering Marshall if Matt Moore plays. I think I've talked myself out of Bowe.

My team is so bunched together in its players its hard to choose who to start.

QB

Vick/Tebow

RB (need 3)

Roy Helu/Marion Barber/Felix Jones(maybe)/Steven Jackson/Kevin Smith/Mark Ingram/Stupid McFadden

WR (need 2)

Steve Smith/Vincent Jackson/Laurent Robinson/Marques Colston

I sat Robinson and Colston last week. Didn't end up mattering but it's so easy to go with the wrong players when they're all so similar.

I'd go with Helu over Marshall regardless

It is PPR.

Felix Jones definitely. Helu over Marshall definitely. But I would go Marshall over Austin if Matt Moore plays, if it's a PPR. If non-PPR, it's a toss up. If Moore does not play, it's Austin easy.

I need two

Cam at Houston

Stafford at Oakland

Romo at Tampa Bay

Tough to sit CAM, but I would, that's a bad matchup for him.

That's what I'm thinking. I always sit the wrong one of those three, almost every week. If I win this week I'm almost a shoe-in to win next week, which is going to be worth about 250 bucks. SO WE BETTER BE RIGHT.

Raw - Cointoss on QBs. Any of them could post anywhere from 8 to 23 pts. If benching MJD is the only way to get Jones into your lineup, you're in great shape. Who are your other RBs?

Prize - Your take looks good. Agreed on Helu/Nelson/Austin.

tfarks - Tebow, Helu/Barber, Robinson/Colston. Jones for your 3rd RB if your claim goes through. If not, monitor Smith. If he participates in practice fully by Friday, take him over Jackson.

imb - I'd sit Stafford. (So you're probably right to sit Cam.)

1) Rivers or Eli?

2) Should I sit Gore* for Helu, or should I start them both and limit myself to 1 of Steve Johnson, Laurent Robinson, or Julio Jones?

* Harbaugh admitted Gore saw less playing time due to being less-than-100%, and they're playing the Steelers this week.

3) Would it be a bad idea to start both Roddy White and Julio Jones?

We only start 2 RBs. No RB flex possibilities. I have McCoy and MJD as starters. I'm pretty sure I'm sticking with MJD. He's been pretty consistent all year.

1. Eli is a no-brainer. 3 straight weeks of 350 and multiple TDs. Rivers gets the Ravens.

2/3. I wouldn't start Jones in a PPR. He hasn't had more than 4 catches since week 4. Non PPR, there's more of a decision. Gore has struggled, but he's a tough sit because he could score a couple short TDs and get 20+ carries in any given week. I'd honestly probably start both Gore and Helu along with Laurent Robinson. Steve Johnson was shutdown a few weeks ago vs. Miami and Jones is too up and down.

*Nothing personal, but I hope your team loses this week. The guy I'm playing has: Eli, Gore, Steve Johnson and Julio Jones in his lineup.

I'm in the playoffs of a non-PPR league. The rounds are two weeks, and I'm up 35 heading into the second week of the matchup. Does that make it a more logical move to start both Roddy White and Julio Jones, since the odds of them both being left out of the passing game are smaller?

In my other league (PPR), choose 1:

Tate

Tomlinson

Ricky Williams

Are any of those options much better than DeMarco Murray on IR?

Go Tate. I know Houston is in a 4-way fight for homefield, but they are in the playoffs and have been destroyed by the injury bug this year. I think they will take it really easy on Arian Foster the last 3 games (15 touches at most the next 2 weeks)...all against teams they should be able to beat without him.

Michael Bush home against Detroit

Shonn Greene at Philly

Roy Helu at NYG

Pick 1

Pretty much a toss up for me. I wouldn't be surprised to see them all with 80-100 yards and a TD. All those run Ds are in the bottom 1/2 of the league, with Detroit being the lowest of the group. But I think Helu is most likely to put up numbers in the passing game, though Bush can catch also.

If I had to rank them, I'd go: Bush, Helu, Greene. Bush has had 95 yards and/or a TD in all but 1 game since McFadden's been out. And has had multiple catches in each game.

are you guys ready to just laugh and laugh and laugh and laugh? i have a 22pt lead going into week 2 of the semifinal and i need to pick a rb from these options:

toby gerhart vs no (ad is back)

mike tolbert vs bal

donald brown vs ten

the waiver wire includes such luminaries as jackie battle, peyton hills, dexter mccluster, and bernard scott.

My opponent hasn't scored more than 93 points in 6 weeks, and averages 82.5 over that time. All I need to do is lose by less than 35, and I advance to the final round. If I start Julio Jones and Roddy White together, would that minimize the chances of ALL my receivers getting Calvin Johnson'd this week? It would require me to play Jones in lieu of Laurent Robinson. With my opponent's recent weakness, I figure I am a lock to win if I can get about 18 total points out of my 3 receivers. (Steve Johnson v Mia is the other WR.)
