i call a turnover coming right now

 

But only after Bell breaks off a long run gets to the 1 yard line and then randomly falls down like he's been shot and in pain drops the football, which is recovered for Seattle and returned for a TD as whatever good players we have left on offense get hurt trying to stop them.

 

Actually, Bell is not important enough. Switch out Bell with Lance Briggs and the same scenario above happens.

 

And then Virginia announces the Bears are moving to LA.

he didn't step on anybody, he jumped and landed on top of someone.

 

he didnt step on anyone, but he pulled himself up with his hands. not sure if its the same thing as far as the rule is concerned
