Sucks Michigan had 2 TDs overturned on the final drive, even though the first one was obvious.

 

I understand that the rule states that there has to be indisputable evidence to overturn a call, but whenever I try to bring that up, it seems like the officials overturn a call because it looks like the correct call but there isnt indisputable evidence. Now, I see this occur a lot more in the NFL but still.

Hyde was pushed off on on the reviewed TD anyways plus I see no way it was conclusive that he had control of that pass after watching it a few times.

In no way was it clear that that 2nd to last play was a TD. Ball comes down before the hands and they're never going to give that to the receiver.

MSU won a game that looked very similar to how they won like 10 games last year. Which is good I guess, but I wonder how they can look so much better than Minnesota in the 4th quarter and where was that for the first 3 quarters? It is this kind of inconsistency that has just plagued MSU for a long time. They are getting better, but I have a bad feeling that after Cousins leaves this season there is going to be a big drop off next year to not being a bowl team again. I am glad that Minnesota is getting better, I like any team coached by a guy named Kill:)

 

I didn't watch a lot of the Michigan game but watched the final sequence and really thought that was a catch and it was rather obvious. Maybe the official in the booth didn't want to overturn it because of the the obvious OTI. It was clear DTI the last play of the game. I think the interception that Iowa had at the goal line earlier was also a rather obvious DTI. In what little I watched that is a lot of interference. I think Michigan fans have to be wondering why the heck Robinson was in the pocket those last 4 plays? That is exactly what he is not good at.

Purdue getting fucked by the officials, hard. There have been three obvious PI calls two resulting in turnovers. I had no hope (pun intended) that Purdue would make this a game, but come on! Of course Nord's [expletive] ridiculous QB draws and short yardage play calling isn't helping...

if our football program is going to be dirty, i'd prefer them cheating to be good than protecting a [expletive] pedophile.

 

the AD should be suspended; instead the shitty president just issued a weak statement about the troubling allegations and giving the AD his "unconditional support." well maybe if the AD protected a sexual predator by looking the other way, he shouldn't have your unconditional support.

 

side note, i hope that this doesn't bring down the charity that sandusky founded, because it's done a lot of positive things for at risk youths. (and yes, it probably has done a very negative thing for a small handful of at risk youths)
