So, how does this work? It looks like Urlacher was down, but untouched. Then when he got touched with his knee on the ground, he fumbled.

 

as soon as he gets touched he's down. you can't fumble on the ground.

 

i mean, you can fumble on the ground if no one touches you

Is Barber getting more calls because of Forte's contract?

 

If that's the case, I might actually care about it for the first time, and firmly come down on Forte's side.
