I know some people have changed their names, and some new folks, all using some part of theo or epstein in their name. I'm not gonna change my name. I think it's still very fitting, even more so now. Theo will bring upon us a new era in cubs baseball. One in which the Cubs are run by smart people who instead of patching with mediocre overpaid free agents year after year. We will instead build the farm and only suppliment that with the right moves at the right time.

A new, and exciting Era is upon us friends. :good:

Mine isn't David anymore.

In fact, it never was.

dexter, do you still believe in lineup splits?

I think I remember when you crusading for Soriano to hit leadoff because of his splits when you first signed up.

I was never against him hitting leadoff because he was a productive hitter, period. But I didn't think he'd do any worse if/because he was moved.

Despite the fact that my screenname is not "Brandon"...and that many posters like to call me "Brandon"...my name is not, in fact, "Brandon".

For some reason my brain has always processed it as something similar to "Benetton"

I've always imagined you as a cross between a Spanish Don and a Batman villain.

That's the way I've always pronounced it in my head. "Bane Don"
