it wasn't anything of note. Talking about how Soriano's contract is the worst thing ever created and dan plesac saying the reds, cardinals, and brewers are a lot better.

How many guys in baseball let alone on the Cubs are HR or nothing guys. You act like there are dozens of Dave Kingmans that we need to avoid.

The 08 team didn't have a hard time winning at Wrigley at all.

 

In fact, I was probably their biggest hindrance, as somehow 6 of the first 7 (went to 15-20 total that year) games I went to were losses.

 

They were awesome at getting on base and hitting for power. Go figure.
