The Islanders remind me of the Charleston Chiefs for some reason. I think it's the crappy stadium, rough looking fans and recent history of goonery.

Dammit. For some reason I thought this game was at home so I was planning on turning it on and watching the last 2 periods. Come to find out its over. Dammit I was really looking forward to watching. At least we won

Something's not right, they looked real good earlier in the season but, lately it's been crap. They've got more depth than last year, no Stanley Cup hangover but, yet, Keith continues to cough up the puck, defense in general has been a turnover machine. I still believe they'll put it together at some point this season.

Yeah they'll be fine. The defense will iron itself out. The bigger concern is the lack of scoring from guys like Frolik and Bickell. When the big guys cool off, we will need them.
