San Diego switched to the Philly/St. Louis game on Fox [expletive]

Hey its Roy Williams! And he caught it!

Are we drinking every time he signals for a 1st down?

hate that man. Ridiculously lucky they didn't pick that.

Horrible under throw on 2nd down - lucky that wasn't picked.

Two nice 3rd down pick ups. Wish Knox held his block on the Forte catch, that would have gotten at least 5 more yards.

Alrighty, I'll take points on the opening drive.

Good pass protection, poor run blocking, some nice routes run by the WRs. Too many negative plays though. I think there were 4 on that drive. Nice to see some 3rd and long conversions though.

It looks like the Falcons are shutting down the edges fairly well, at least in the early going.

But some nice plays, and decent playcalls too. Loved the 3rd and 10 pickup to Forte.

Yep. Main disappointment on that drive was the inability to get some rushing yards. Can't keep needing to convert 3rd & long all day.

nice first drive. kinda wanted cutler to run on that last 3rd down. i'll take a solid drive by the OL and a FG to open it up though.

Yeah, he had some space to run on the left. I thought he could get the first.

The OL was surprisingly good in pass protection. Run not so great.

Was there a logical reason why they made that 35 yard kickoff rule? I haven't heard one positive benefit about the rule given by the NFL. Why would they just randomly change it?

Supposedly to keep players from getting concussions which I guess is when they occur most frequently.

Run defense good. Pass defense horrid, just getting no pressure. Finally a 3rd down stop.
