Despite only giving up 3 points, D has me a little concerned so far.

Bend, but don't break. There's a time and a place for that philosophy, but in general I hate it.

That drive was more about selling out on a 3rd and short, getting out of position, and nearly giving up a huge TD run. After that, it was an attempt to salvage whatever they could.

The Falcons playcalling is just playing into the Bears hands...they are too conservative.

I realize that the early part of that series was the 3rd and short and Wright being caught out of position, but there was some of that philosophy in play for that series.

I think my point still stands that that mindset is ever present among the defensive powers that be.

Arghhhhhhhhhhh. Come on Hester, get the TD there.

ETA: I need a better replay.

Poor challenge.

ETA: Guess it wasn't according to the FOX ref dude.

Doesn't matter, touchdown!

Very smart call to pass on 1st and goal from the 1. Everyone and their mom was expecting Forte up the middle. I was scared to see 3 stuffs and a FG.

Very nice. Lots to be happy about on offense today.

Looked like a TD to me. Didn't step out until a yard deep in the endzone.

the ball has to cross the goal line in bounds and there's no way to see if it did without a non-existent overhead shot.

Yeah, it's highly unlikely they wouldn't score anyway.

Although, I'd rather lose a timeout on a scoring play challenge, than be like Atlanta and waste a timeout on a 3rd and inches.

Hester cut his dreads?

Seriously?

Like ten years ago.
