That's the beauty of the Fecal League. It can be completely ignored as its happening, while siphoning out any enjoyment you can from a Cubs win every fortnight or so.

Even casual Fecal Leaguers can pop in to deride the worthless late season winning streak (The Quade Special) or any remaining game against the Astros. Everyone is welcome on the [expletive] wagon.

Those astros are the team to beat. The '27 Yankees of the Fecal League.

If we can't get of Quade, can we at least git rid of the no named mustache guy that claims to be a pitching coach?

He's the most likely to go, IMO. If the Cubs can keep this up, we might rid ourselves of the whole lot.

Garza gave up 10 hits on 12 balls put in play, with 4 k's and no HR. That's pretty hard to do.

Typical Garza....

Yeah, that guy sucks....

Way to step it up, Garza.

step it up? the cubs have the second-worst record in baseball, are you suggesting this was a big game or something?

Didn't he already accomplish this in the first start of the season, only worse, against the Pirates?

That was 12 hits(all singles) on 21 balls in play, with 12 k's and no HR. Not as impressive as a ratio, but probably more impressive for longevity.
