So far this sucks

I love me some 30 for 30 and yep, so far it's the worst one I've seen.

So did you not see all of the other ones? Because there were about 10 or so that were just wretched.

OK, this really is just piling on. There have been 20 documentaries that re-count all these events. ESPN sucks. Screw you bastards.

I'm really liking this so far, depressing as it is.

If he had wanted to juxtapose the 2003 Red Sox and Cubs, he did a crap job of it.

Why? The point was questioning why Buckner was the focal point when all of these other things went wrong...just like we'll see with Bartman.

Interesting how you've got one documentary co-opting another one with all the Chasing October footage.

If I have one complaint it's TOO MUCH DAVE KAPLAN.

If I had the chance to shoot him into the sun I couldn't do it fast enough.

Yes, keep showing the replay.

TAKE THE [expletive] HAT OFF, LOWELL.

Man, Alou really screwed the pooch. The mood shifted completely because of his tantrum. If he had just walked away...

So this is the part coming up where Baker pulls Prior and we win the NLCS, right?

Nah, this game never happened. Cause we werent dumb enough to face Mike Lowell instead of Lenny freaking Harris.

Really?

Can you allow me a little hyperbole just this once? In this thread?

Jesus.

so glad I'm not watching this

I find myself getting agitated just reading the descriptions from this thread.

Now I'm watching. [expletive]

Okay, why is ESPn bleeping out "a-hole" when the narrators are saying it, but not when the crowd is chanting it?

I really think that Alou would have caught that ball. In those pictures, I am not convinced that Alou reached into the stands. Looks pretty clear that the fans were reaching up and slightly over into the field of play.

I think that Bartman is a dumbass, and made a mistake. He had no responsibility for the outcome of any game.

I don't know the rules, but I wish interference would have been called so there wouldn't be another "goat."
