I'd start Pena even though he never plays against LHP because of his experience against CC.

I'd like to see:

Johnson CF

Castro SS

Baker 2B

Ramirez 3B

Soriano LF

Soto C

Pena 1B

Montanez RF

Wells P

that said, we'll probably see Montanez 3rd and Soto 8th with DeWitt at 2nd and Baker at 1st

I like your line-up but I bet Baker plays 1b and Lemahieu plays 2nd and bats 8th.

Ctcf appears to be missing. Hopefully the Cubs can beat up on Sabathia and take the series.

OK then otis, we'll flip flop you and ct in the order. You continue on tomorrow when the CUBS win [cough], and we'll send ct out there next..... assuming we ever hear from him again, eh?

This was the Cubs' first game against Sabathia as a Brewer. He gave up 4 runs (3 earned) in 6 2/3 innings. The Cubs won, but Sabathia didn't get the loss. The Cubs then gave Sabathia his first loss as a Brewer on September 16, scoring 4 runs in 7 innings off of him. The Cubs faced him one more time, on the final day of the season. In that game, Sabathia threw a complete game, giving up just 1 unearned run. While the Cubs did have more success against him than other NL teams, it's not like they mashed the ball every time they saw him. Also, the 2008 club was a heck of a lot better team than this bunch.

The only other team to give Sabathia a loss as a Brewer was the Reds.

Good call... the real lineup:

Johnson (cf)

Castro (ss)

Baker (1b)

Ramírez (3b)

Soriano (lf)

Soto ©

Montañez (rf)

LeMahieu (2b)

Wells (p)

I still think all right handed lineups just help a left handed pitcher get more locked into his zone. Do not understand why Baker is not at 2B and Pena is not hitting 7th.

DJ looked pretty smooth on the double play there. Unless he bulks up a ton, I haven't seen any reason he can't stick at 2nd. And even if he does bulk up that much, then he's probably a big enough power threat to play 3rd regularly.
