Johnson grounded to shortstop , safe at first on a fielding error, E6, Pena to second

Wade in (9th) to pitch for New York

Soriano grounded to third base , safe at first on a catching error, E4, Ramirez to third, Johnson to second

Sending him was still the right call.

 

Disagree. If he was the only man on base or if it was in the 8th or something, then sure. But if the next batter up got a hit they'd have scored two and taken the lead.

I miss good Soto.

That ball sure looked good off the bat though. He really is on pace to duplicate his 2009 numbers though.

 

Off the bat I thought it was in the corner for extra bases.

McCarver acting like that was Ichiro throwing out Terrence Long or something.

 

actually if mccarver were comparing it to a play from the past it would be duke snider throwing out wes covington or some [expletive] like that.
